Do we ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally.

Can I return the product?

If you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, the product must be with its original packaging, labels and without any type of damage or alteration of its initial state. For obvious reasons, the return of socks is not permitted as long as the original packaging has been opened.

Where do we ship from?

All our shipments are made from our headquarters in Logroño (La Rioja).

What are the payment options?

At CONFUSION we have an SSL security certificate that means your data is always encrypted and invisible. You can pay for your purchases by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

In the case of making a transfer to confirm receipt of payment, we ask you to please send us proof of payment to web@confusionwear.com in order to reserve, make your purchase effective and send your order as soon as possible.

How do I know where my order is?

At the time of making the purchase, and when we ship your order, you will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and a tracking number from either MRW or Correos Express so that you can track your package at all times.

How do I know my size?

It's very simple, in all our garments we have for you a reference of the height of our models and the size they wear in each photograph, we believe that it is the best possible size guide but if you still have doubts, we are at your disposal to clarify them as quickly as possible. We also have a size guide in case you are one of those who like to “pull by the meter”, although we warn you that the measurements have a maximum deviation of +-5%.
